Pork with salted vegetable

Today, I will show the recipe that is my mother used to do for me when I was young. This dish is very famous in China and available in many places. But the making way is different in different places. The taste of this dish is sweet and you can add some chili sauce if you like spicy food. There is not much material required for this dish, the main ingredients are pork and salted vegetable. In order to get rid of the bloody taste of pork, we will briefly iron the pork. At same time, you can plum salted vegetables in water for 5 minutes, then rinse repeatedly to no sediment.

Boiled pork ingredients:

2 aniseed

gold cooking wine 20 ml or rice wine

3 slices of gingers

Add water and cook all the ingredients and pork for about 10 minutes. Adjust the time according to the size of the pork, cooking the pork until there is no blood in the pork.

After cooking the pork, then cutting the pork into two squares to facilitate the subsequent steps. The next step is to soak the pork in the soy sauce, about ten minutes.

The next step is the most difficult I think. In this step, you need to fry the pork in the oil around three minutes. Put a little oil in pot pour, add star anise and garlic with small fire stir and to stir fry until fragrant (you can add some chilli sauce, if you like). Add salted vegetables, stir fry, cooking wine, soy sauce, soy sauce, sugar, salt and a little water, cover and cook for 3 minutes. Put the pork skin down neatly stacked in the bowl. Put the cooked pickled vegetable fill in on, put them into the steamer and steam for about 2 hours. If you do not have a steamer, you can put the bowl in the water and steam it directly in the pan.
